WANTED - Maggie Sottero Milana Cap Sleeves

I am looking for the cap sleeves that were to have came with my Maggie Sottero Milana wedding gown. The shop I ordered from forgot to include the sleeves in the order and now it is too late for them to be made before my wedding in April.

Have you tried making contact through the website?  How long do you have?
I looked at the wedding dress, it would be hard, but possible for a seamstress to make them.
