Can anyone tell me what dress this is? I've seen it a ton of photos and love it but can't find the name or designer. Any help you could provide would be much appreciated!

    It is a dress by Wanda Borges.  She is a Portuguese designer so I doubt any of her dresses are for sale in the US.

    It is a gorgeous dress though and she has some amazing pictures of actual brides on her website www.wandaborges.com
