BM Shoes

I just got all my girls shoes in, my question now is should I hand them out or keep them.  I'm thinking they'll want to break them in?  What did you all do?

Definitely give them to them now so they can break them in.  Not sure about your BMs, but my feet are not fans of heels (which stinks because I absolutely love them) and if I were given a fresh pair of heels to wear all day the day of the wedding I am sure my feet would be two big blisters by the end of the day.

For my BMs I just told them to get a pair of silver heels.  I didn't care what they looked like and this way they could buy what was most comfortable for them and something that they really liked and could wear again.

My BM all bought their own shoes so they would have something that they liked; one procrastinated and bought her shoes the day before the wedding and she was in misery at the wedding because she didn't break them in (she hobbled to the bridal suite immediately after the ceremony and switched to flip flops. lol)   So I would say if they have any kind of heel to them, let them have them early so they can wear them around the house and break them in.

If you insist that your bridesmaids wear matching shoes, then send the shoes to them ASAP.  Most of us need time to break in new shoes.

If you have time to re-think and are open to asking them to pick their own shoes (choose a color), that might work better.
