How to search for dress desinger by picture... help?

Hello ladies!
I found this really cute dress and can't get the google image search to work. I was going to see if any of you savy ladies could help me out.

I found it at this address but I think it's just one of those knock off websites:

In the future you can try tineye.com. It doesn't always work, but it traces an image to see where else it has been posted.
