Undergarments and lingerie

Hi all!

Where did everyone order the undergarments for the wedding day? I don't need a bra, but I was hoping to get some cute underwear that say "I do" on the butt (or something along those lines)

What about special lingerie for AFTER the wedding?

I know VS has a lot of bridal lingerie including underwear that says "I Do" or "Bride" or something along those lines.

I honestly got all my lingerie at a lingerie shower at my b-party. I'm not a huge lingerie fan and would never buy it for myself. If you want someplace cheaper than VS, some dept. stores have a nice selection like Macy's or Nordstrom's. I also received a couple pieces at my shower from Target and they were actually quite nice.

ETA: Do consider the fact that the underwear you wear under your dress all day will be probably be sweaty and gross by the end of the night. I saved my "sexy" undies for the HM and just wore a nicer, new pair I got under my dress.

This. You have no idea how exhausted and gross you will feel by the end of the evening. (A good exhausted, but exhausted none the less). I just did a simple cotton panty under my dress and saved the sexy stuff for later.

I got mine last week at TJ Maxx last week for 3.99. They say I do in blue rhinestones. If they were any more expensive I probably would have skipped them because I will likely only wear once.

I wore a very nice pair of panties under my dress.  Like PPs said, despite being beautiful they were definitely sweaty and gross by the end of the day.  I wouldn't spend too much on a special pair of "wedding" panties.  I got them at the semi-annual clearance sale at VS, normally $20 but marked down to $2.99.  Sweet!

I brought a separate pair + babydoll to wear to wear after the wedding, but we had a bit too much to drink so let's just say that plan didn't come to fruition.
