Help! I need to find the designer of this MOB dress!

Does anyone know who makes this dress?! I found it on fishinthesky.com via pintrest but I'm not too sure about ordering from them yet (also, I'd love to hear any experience with them!). My mom has fallen in love with the dress so I figured I'd try to see what the designer is selling it for. The only problem is that fishinthesky doesn't disclose the designer- of course! haha

Does anyone know who makes it?? Thanks in advance for any help!!!

I don't think its a national designer.  Most likely one of the Chinese knock off ones.

Found it! It's Rina Di Montella # 2862.  Thanks for all of your help! (Gymbug, I didn't know you could search for images that way! I'm obviously not very tech savvy!)
