COUNTRY BRIDESMAID DRESS HELP

HELP PLEASE!
OK here is my dilema i loved the dresses that Miranda Lambert had her bridesmaids in but... they were custom designed dresses. I just have no idea where to look for dresses like that! What kind of style would you call it? Also we are all on a budget. All of my BMs are in there very early 20's. (i am only 21) and one is 17. so we want a more casual younger look for under$100. Please help i really need it please!

Re: COUNTRY BRIDESMAID DRESS HELP

  • They are just summer dresses.  Nothing special about them
  • You could probably find something like that at JCPenney, Kohls, Macys, or maybe Target or H&M. There are a lot of places you can find dresses that fit that theme. You could also look at Davids Bridal, I know they just brought out a floral pattern like that and also Alfred Angelo uses patterns on some of their dresses.
  • This is what my MOH is wearing from David's.   It's cute, casual (for my beach wedding) and cotton.  There are literally tons of options out there for something "young" and cute!

My wedding is country.  My girls are all finding their own dresses in a shade of brown and knee length.  One is using a BM dress from her brother's wedding last year, and another got hers at Old Navy.

You could do the same with florals or something in your color.

Just because you saw it on Four Weddings, doesn't mean it's a good idea.
  • I agree with letting the girls just pick their own dresses if they know the style you're after, you can shop anywhere really.  We are doing a country theme and we picked a dress that is just flowy and girly and cute and just around or above the knees so they can wear the boots with them (boots are key ;) lol).  Summer dresses might not yet be out depending on where you're located, but just keep your eyes peeled!  I wonder if you could find anything on Ebay or even check out some vintage shops?
