Please help me with my wedding hair (PIP heavy)

I am pretty sure I am getting a one-shoulder dress but the other styling (hair, veil, jewelry) is throwing me for a loop.

Here is the dress:

 

Though, my ruffle puffed out a lot more:

 

I've had my heart set on a side bun with a tulle flower (or maybe bun with the flower to the side)... until I found this dress.

Inspirations:

 

 I'm not sure a side bun would look right. Too asymmetric? Or looking like I'm trying to balance it out? So I googled some one-shoulder dresses with side buns. What do you think?

And to top it off, I've always wanted a birdcage veil like this one but would that go together? I feel like there's too much going on with dress type, the rouching, a birdcage veil, sidebun, etc.

I agree with everything PP said. I think if you had them on the same side - your pics of your one side would look plain and pics of your other side would be too much.

I love the look of the bun opposite the shoulder, as mentioned it gives an element to each side of you. Also I think the birdcage is perfect for this dress, a big veil might be too much with the shoulder detail too so I think a birdcage is defect, I love that last picture you posted. I say stick with no necklace and some awesome dangle earrings.
