We went to RK Bridal on Saturday, never having tried on a dress. We took a list of dresses we had seen online, having gotten the recommendation from The Knot. What a dreadful experience. We waited an hour for a sales consultant who began by yelling at us for not having pulled any dresses. We gave her the list of styles we had seen online as she continued to berate us for our stupidity, only to discover that they had none of the styles in stock. Why show them online if you don't carry them. And how dare they yell at their customer. What an awful experience. We then went to Macys in NYC and had the most fantastic time. Our consultant was terrific and we found the perfect dress without the attitude. If you are looking to get a dress and have the experience that it should be, don't go to RK Bridal.
