Anyone know the designer/name of this dress?

I found my amazing dress at a sample boutique, but we don't know who it's by!  The consultant thinks it's La Sposa and it definitely looks like their dresses, but I'm just curious if anyone knows it

If it's LaSposa, it's 2009 or before.  I just went through their entire 2010 and 2011 collections and it's not there.

Ugh, I hate it when dress places rip the tags out!  I heard it was illegal, due to consumer protection laws, but I'm not sure.
