Has anyone seen a dress like this or similiar?

I have been looking for a dress similiar to this..strapless, preferably sweetheart, mermaid...very plain.  I can find this in satin with ruching but not like this!  I'm also looking to be @ $1500 or less...  If anyone knows who the designer is for these or a similiar dress please let me know! Thanks
