Does anyone know of any websites they could recommend that offer help on making two-tiered veils? My mom wants to make my veil, and there's this veil at David's Bridal that I love. I know she can do it, but I want to also point her to a website that may aid her in making it in case she needs the extra help. Thank You for responding!!
