So after some perusing online I somehow managed to find the perfect wedding shoes at 15% of the original cost. Oh yea I forgot to mention they are the infamous blue shoes Carrie Bradshaw wears to marry big in s&tc! I was planning on wearing them as my something blue. However now I am beginning to wonder. They are 4" so one my first fear is that with my veil I don't want to look taller then my fiancé. Two my even bigger fear is..if I get my dress altered with the shoes on. Am I going to be miserable if I decide to take them off for dancing and have to hold my dress up? I would really really love to wear these shoes but I don't want to regret it and be miserable. Has anyone ever heard of a small bustle going around the front of the dress too just to pick up the bottom of the dress off the floor? Almost like a quick and fix hem?
