I've searched the internet for two days and haven't found anything similar.  Anyone have any ideas?  Any help appreciated!

Other than that, the closest I've found to the silhouette I like are some prom dresses from websites like this one:

While I'm not looking to spend $$$$$, there's something rather offputting about buying a dress from a website where the title of the page starts with "Cheap"
