Dress shopping advice

I may be going wedding dress shopping tomorrow for the first time.  The appointment is for noon, but I have to be to work at 1 (so I would only have about 45 minutes).  I had originally thought I didn't have to be to work until 2, but I checked again and it is 1.  I know this is really poor planning on my part.  I have no idea what to expect and so I don't know whether I should reschedule for another day or keep the appointment.  Any advice?

Thanks!  I feel better about the whole thing now.  I was just freaking out and didn't know if I had made a big mistake.

Can you call and see if you can move the appointment to 11 to give you more time?  If you can't get in a little early, you could still keep the appointment and try on a few dresses, but I agree with Duds.  I wouldn't commit to a dress tomorrow.  You are going to be rushed and stressed.  Go back when you have more time.
