I don't know if it was me; I've rec'd the book to many people since I read it.  I'm glad you're enjoying it though!  I have been meaning to re-read parts of it.

its SO well written! I won't like- I like Twilight but I LOVE that this ISN'T at ALL like that.

I actually feel like its more of a zombie book with vampires in place of the zombies. That post-apocalyptic feel is what does it for me...

Yes, I like the post-apocalyptic feel.  I am also a Twilight fan, but that isn't even in the same category of this!  Cronin is such a great writer, and he really explores what living in this world would be like.  I could not put it down.

agreed. I only mention it because thats where everyone goes now when you say vampire. Cronin created such an intricate world. I love it.
