While you're clarifying, can you explain one more thing for me? I've been perplexed on this one. You claim you were homeless. So WHYYYYYYY would you prefer to become a smoothie aficiando instead of getting an education to ensure that you can provide for your ever expanding family? that's a serious question. I mean, you've seen what life without a good education can get you...but you haven't done anything to better yourself.

hey, I'm all on board with the idea that SOMEONE has to do the menial jobs that most of us take for granted. But I think when you become responsible for another human being, you owe it to them to be able to provide for them. Education isn't always the answer, esp in this economy, but it sure as hell doesn't hurt to TRY to better your situation. I would think anyone who claims they were homeless would subscribe to this belief. Even moreso if they are a parent.

Hey, I'm all on board with the idea that somebody has to do the menial jobs that keep society running. no arguement there. To me though, it seems pretty nutty that Monj claims she was homeless, yet seems to have no drive in life, other than to make more babies to provide for. Hey, if you're a free-swingin' gal with no kids to worry about, do what you want. But as a parent, I think you owe it to your kids to at least get SOME sort of education or training that extends beyond a blender.

I feel that Mo's question deserves a response, I have a bachelors degree  in child development, and am taking classes for a degree in social work. My job pays more than a job at a daycare, since I am upper management. That is all.
