I'm good, Cali Jr is having a bad week. I am just crossing my fingers hoping we can get some improvement everyday again. I thought for sure they were going to deliver me yesterday.

Her cord is in the shitter again and getting worse. They must be really concerned because I have spent hours on the monitors everyday this week (usually it's suppose to be 20 minutes) and I have gone everyday for a doppler flow reading. Monday her heart rate tanked to 50-60 for a minute and half two times and her cord was intermittently absent, which means it wasn't a steady flow. The ratio was 4.2 and for 32 weeks it needs to be better than 3.6. Tuesday same thing heartrate tanked, hours on the monitor. Her doppler flow was absent ended flow, which means they couldn't even get a reading. She also had very little movement. Today, her reading was 4.7, thank God the absent part was gone, but her heartrate tanked again and I was on the monitors this morning for 2 hours. You know how annoying it is to be on the monitors. I can't move at all or we lose the babies. She is just not doing well with her flow studies. When I talked to the peri yesterday he wants to see what the growth is next THursday and as long as their is growth he wants me to wait to deliver. His new goal is 36-37 weeks, so 4-5 weeks left.

well, its good you are there so they keep everything monitored.  That Cali is already giving you trouble.

no kidding, I am trying not to stress, because she can get better. Usually after absent ended flow it can go to reverse (and they will deliver right away), but hers went back to having a ratio. She is going to be grounded as soon as soon as she knows what it means.

I know they gave you more time out of bed/out of the hospital last week, right? Do they think there is a correlation between the problems she is having and that? Are they going to restrict you more again?

They gave me the time, but I haven't used it. I walk to get water 5 doors down. I usually stay in bed. I haven't even walked to the nurses station yet.

I thought there was a trip to the dentist and pool that they allowed?

Fallin that was before Cali gained the 12 oz, she did great after that, this week is when it went down hill.

I thought they gave you permission to walk around this weekend and it was helping your back pain?

I walk to the water room and I got a new bed. I'm not allowed on another floor or off the unit. It is to help the back pain, it's not gone. The bed is helping more than anything.

Yeah, I just wondered if they think it's a cumulative effect?  Like when you've had big activities (concert or photo session, etc.) it seems like the following week is a rough report.

I have no idea, I don't get much time with the docs. They are in and out. I don't get that much info. Nov, I have had the steroid shot so lungs should be doing good. They just want them to develop more and put on some weight.

Earlier today I couldn't decide which I was more excited about, getting Jane home or getting UVerse.  Now it's no contest of course, but still, UVerse is pretty awesome.
