Well, my husband, who is never sick, is running a 102.1 tempurature right now.  He's been taking Tylenol religiously for the past couple of days but, when I felt his forehead at 3 AM this morning, he was burning up.  He's not going in to work and is probably either going to the emergency room or trying to find a doctor with an office (no more doc in a box for him).  Keep us both in your thoughts.  I technically can't take today off (we have to have permission) but I'm going to try to find some way to be with him.  We're thinking that it really is flu but that the test came back wrong. TIA!!!

When it rains it pours....

My mom texted me at 5 AM saying that she's taken my dad to the hospital.  They are putting in another catheter and they think he had or is having a heart attack. 

Thanks for the prayers so far.  I did manage to get a sub which is good because I'm definitely not in the right state of mind to be at work today.

Okay, Bill can't find a doctor in an our area with an opening or taking on new patients.  We are going back to Care Now with better results, hopefully.  My dad is in ICU at Doctor's until at least Sunday.  They are fairly sure he had a heart attack at this point.  They've put a new catheter in and did find a small blockage in his stint. I talked to him on the phone for a minute and he seemed pretty peppy at this point.  Thanks for all the good thoughts, prayers, etc.  It really helps!

One more update....
They now say that Bill has a sinus infection (we're twins) and a middle ear infection.  They gave him a shot and a new antiobiotic along with prescription strength ibuprofen.  He's feeling pretty good right now and is actually hungry.  This is a good sign.

Sorry for the late response.  But better late than never.  So sorry to hear that the last day or so has been rough.  Glad to hear that hubby is doing better and your dad sounds ok.  I will continue to keep them in my thoughts and prayers for a speedy recovery.  Hang in there, lady.
