Clothing Opinions, por favor

We're taking e-pics during the first week of November.  It should be cold, but not terribly.  I want to do a dressed up/dressed down look.  Do you like this coat?  Maybe over a dress or maybe over leggings/boots.
WDYT?  Also, green or purple?

What color are your eyes? (I can't tell from your avvie) If they are light, I say go with green, if they are brown, go with purple. The coat is gorgeous btw.

I think it's cute. I'd wear it over a cute sweater dress with tights and a pair of brown knee high boots and a cute scarf.

I love either color, but in light of today, I'd go with purple LOL

Love it!  I'd buy the green one but that's because Christmas is coming and I don't mind being mistaken for an elf.

My eyes change colors.  They are a hazel-ish color, but if I wear green, they look more green.  So it could go either way.

I think the purple color is more rich, but the green is unique.  I am also ridiculously indecisive about this stuff and only decided to treat myself because I had a rough week (so far).

Where'd you find that coat? I have been looking and looking for one like it.

And yes purple! I'm not biased or anything.

Yeah, the price is steep and scary.  But I figure it will last for years and since it's pretty classic, I can wear it down the line. 

I liked the green originally.  Honestly, either color will stand out since we're taking pics in a "park" (read: small strip of grass) that faces the NYC skyline.  I'll see what FI thinks and buy from there.  It is beauitiful in either color, anyway.

I'm so jealous you're getting that coat!  *shakes fist at Nates for beating me to Anthro stuff*  I was originally a major green fan, like you, but I say go for the purple.

I didn't leave yet.  I'm staying till 5 just in case soemone comes for extra help, even though I know they won't :).

Then, I'm heading straight to the store to check out the situation.

Thanks for asking! Not in the store.  I went after I left work and they didn't have any at all.  I ended up just ordering it online in the green, so at least I'll have it.  I might call a few stores and see if they have the purple, just in case I like it better.  But I think I'll be happy with the green, too.
