Anyone know where I can get a food calculator

If that's the right term.  I need to know where I could find out how much cold cuts, etc I would need for X amount of people.  We are thinking of maybe just having a sandwich/salads station at the reception but I need to figure out if it would be better cost wise than getting a caterer.

Any ideas?

1/3 to 1/2 lb deli meat per person.  Salad is cheap.   I think it would be much more affordable than hiring a caterer.  Add a few crock pots of soup and I know i'd love an invite!
