As y'all may or may not know, I hate cheese. Well, last night, for my co-worker/friend's birthday today, I made red velvet cheesecake. It was my first cheesecake ever and everyone says it was yummy. I didn't try it myself, and gagged myself driving in to work with it in the car (finally had to take the AC off of re-circulate and open a window to air it out). But, all the coworkers, especially the birthday girl liked it. I came up with the idea because of AATB and J&K, so thanks ladies!
