More good news

I will piggy back on the happiness of the threads I have opened.

H got the job promotion! He starts at the new store (which is a 20 minute commute verses 60-80) Nov 29th and is receiving a 15% raise. Aaaaaaah so excited He's been wanting this for 3 years, plus its salary instead of hourly so he won't feel guilty about our finances when he's taking vacation or has to leave an hour early.

Yup there's something else as a future possibility as well but aren't speaking about that until Saturday lol.

Apparently my boss gave our principal the heads up that I applied for another job though, which he wouldn't do unless he thought I had a good chance of leaving so hopefully I'll get a phone call soon.

Oh! And we found out that H's old boss threw him under the bus and blamed him for all of her fvck ups after he left the company. Luckily his current boss set the record straight.

<div>What a twat. Glad his current boss is a good guy. Brandon's old boss wrote him up for "not showing initiative". By which she meant he didn't make popcorn for the 5th time that day. She'd pull all kinds of crap like that on him, and magically all of his "issues" no longer existed when she transferred to another branch and someone competent was hired.</div>
