I'm excited. I also found out that an old friend who is now technically my cousin (my step dad is related to all of several surrounding towns) is going to be there too. I haven't seen him in over 10 years and it's going to be so cool to get muddy together. FI is staying home. Its not his scene

Ok, that looks like seriously the coolest race I've ever seen!  I think we hae one of those in MN too coming up, but it's waaaay too cold for me and my asthma to run outside here anymore

Thanks! I'm pretty much unprepared and just doing it for something to do, but it will be fun. Mud is fun. Jumping over fire and wearing fuzzy horned hats is something i just couldnt pass up.
