Morning ladies! I hope everyone had a good weekend.

I hate it when we have to move the clocks, especially in the spring.  My body did NOT want to get up this morning to work out because it still thought it was 5 a.m. so I cheated and slept in today. 

Hopefully we can resume some sort of normalcy this week.  Students are still dropping out of the school daily, so I'm curious to see where we'll be at the end of the week.  A vast majority went to a Catholic elementary school in town.. I'm tempted to send a resume over there for next fall if they'll be looking for any teachers.. then I'll get to see a bunch of them again!  I also ran into the mom of one of my French students that left this weekend and she still wants me to tutor her daughter in French for an hour a week, so I'll be doing that too.

Spring cleaning is one of those things that I love to do Duds... because when it's done it feels so awesome!  That's great you were able to get that done

It's been so nice here.. it was mid 60s yesterday. I love it when spring weather starts to show!

Holy moley, I wonder what "IT" is up to today. 

I had a pretty good weekend.  Worked on finishing up the trim in our spare room on Saturday and had my shower on Sunday.

Morning!! Not sure that this will post being that TK is sucking for me today. well, and everyday really.

Had a pretty good weekend, our guest bathroom/H's bathroom looks pretty nice so far. Just have to buy a few things to complete it. 

I am working from home today- I hope it jumpstarts my motivation for this week. I really want to get a few things done today. Doesn't hurt to stay home since it is DST and raining out, blech.

My assistant called in sick today and I'm oddly thankful since I really need a day of peace and quiet.  (ETA: not that it's not peaceful when she's here- I just need a day to myself in the office)

Chels you should definitely send a resume over as soon as possible.  The kids and parents will likely love to see you over there.

Good morning. I came in to work to find someone had scheduled me to do something I have never done before. When I said I haven't done it I am told to do it anyway. So what? Wing it? Ok, but when I screw it up don't blame me, blame the guy that could have done it but didn't feel like it. Ugh, today is going to suck, and it's only day  one of a seven day stretch.

Soo, if TK decides to work today, I have some news...  I found out last week but didn't want to say anything until I told work which I'm doing today.  I got that job I interviewed for back in early February!  I'm so excited about it.  Finally, after two years, I'll have health benefits, sick time, and vacation time.  AND BONUS: After six months they are going to pay for me to get my masters and then PhD.  This really is such a relief and I am really looking forward to it.  My only problem is my department chair is out all week and can't actually meet with me until late next week, which doesn't leave even a week and a half notice so I'm having to tell my "supervisor."  She's going to completely freak out on me and I'm pretty nervous about it.

Morning! I slept poorly last night, and that means cranky me today. Fi and I got a lot done yesterday. We'rre in the process of finishing our walk-out basement, and we got all of our wall board up yesterday. Tonight we're going to start the taping. So. Not. Fun. Oh well, we need to get it done before the wedding, so we don't have a choice. My b-day is tomorrow, and I'm having friends over to help us with the basement. Awesome friends, but crappy birthday.

I don't know if anyone will see this... Work is gonna be weird today, they're repainting the office so my entire desk space is going to be out of comission atleast twice while they paint. I couldn't be happier though cause its march break and that means my co-irker is on vacay all week. The old man who is also obnoxious is on vacay too! WHOOHOOOO!!

chirp, I'm feeling pretty good!  I move a LOT slower now, but I can still get most things done.  Bending over is starting to become much more difficult though.

Nebb- We watched TWD. I knew he had to do what he did, but it was still surprising. I can't wait for next weeks episode but I'm afraid they are going to leave too much hanging.

Morning!

I had poor time management this weekend apparently.  Now I'm rushing to get a project done that's due by 4pm.  Boo me.  So i'll be working on that off and on all day and hopefully will have time tonight to go to Sam's Club because we are desperately in need of supplies.  If the zombie apocalypse hit right now, our canned veggie supply would not keep us alive long.

Speaking of:  I know Nebb!  I'm so excited after last night's TWD.

Good morning, I just posted a thread about the 100th anniversary of Girl Scouting in the US and it promptly got eaten.  Sigh.

I'm home this morning for a little while, I was all dressed to go to work, but now I'm home until at least lunch.  Hopefully I can get myself together to go this afternoon.

Morning- I think my original post is gone. Sigh. This is getting so old. I don't remember TK having these issues for the entire first year I was posting. Or nothing to this extent.

I am working from home today, which is nice. It is rainy out and I am hoping I can have more motivation to get things done today.

Koda I have stress dreams about oversleeping somewhat frequently. It drives me crazy because it makes me wake up several times a night. I know my dreams are going to be a mess the night before the wedding.

FH started a new job today and he had to leave the house by 5:45. Better him than me! He's usually up early but there is a big difference between being awake and having to be out of the house.

Koda - I have dreams like that all of the time. it's terrible because it usually happens if I have something important in the morning. The dreams keep me up so then I feel like crap when I get to whatever meeting or event I have.

I can only imagine how bad it will be the night before the wedding.

Congratulations on the job Shay!

I did one of the stupidest things ever yesterday - tried to tip & move a 96 gallon dumpster full of ice water and I couldn't hold it once I tipped it so it crashed down on me.  Bruised the hell out of my hand,knee and ass, took some skin off my foot and today I feel like I went 10 rounds with Rocky.  My H laughed for a good hour after he had to bring me a towel so I could strip on the patio and leave my wet clothes out to dry.  I laughed too once I got the water out of my ears and nose.
