Shoe shopping. need opinions

I decided I need some new black shoes for work. Trying not to spend a lot, but I have a couple pairs I like. Give me your opinions! I realize the two styles are a lot different.. I guess that is why I can't decide.

I'd get em both. 

I like the one with the buckle because it's a little more conservative and professional, and while the one with the higher heel is adorable - I'd probably wear it to work less because of the flowery poof.

But that's just me.    You can't make a bad choice here.

I really like the second pair, but I'm also the girl who wears polka dot peep toe shoes to work, so I'm not exactly one for subtlety.
