I'm in hawaii still but broke things off with Troy after a ridiculous incident last night. Long story short he's an alcoholic, hasn't had a drink since my birthday in december when he ruined my birthday and alienated all my.friends.
Last night he wanted to have a drink since we were on vacay and did. He had a couple more and before I knew it he had left me at the bar to.buy weed (i hate drugs). When he came back I confronted him, took my hotel key and left. Waited for two hours at the hotel decided to.go.look for him and was almost jumped by three very large men.went back to the hotel, he showed up later and took a handful of xanax.
We've been on and off several times since I canceled our wedding in march but I'm so over it. We leave tomorrow and I've been avoiding the hotel all day. He has texted me so many times apologizing and promising change to which I've told him I'm done.
Basically he won't accept that its over. How do I get him to see its done? I don't wanna do the hurtful name calling, just want a clean break.
Any insight appreciated.
