I watched it last week.  It was ok.

Im, stuck watching the Celtics game with FI so I dont get a chance to watch it tonight.

Now if you tell me you are a Vampire Diaries fan, then you are now my new bestie.

I started Vampire diaries but T didn't like it so we didn't watch and now I'm too far behind.

The "blind" girl is not blind imo. The "new" girl seems odd too. These girls are gorgeous and so are the guys

Yeah, it premiered last week. I read the first two books of this series and I'm waiting on the library for the rest of them to come in.
The books are <em>really</em> good.

The show made some changes, of course, so if you are really into the show, I suggest checking out the books... at least the first one. You get more background information about the characters and the town they live in and all that.

I was really thinking the new girl was sending the texts because she was asking her new "friend" questions about the girls and she has seen boxes of Allisonsstuff so maybe Allison had a journal she wrote their secrets in? But the text while they were asleep kind of blew that theory.

Mona was one of the dorky girls they used to blow off when they wanted to hang out with them.

After Ali's disappearance, the girls gradually grew apart ... Hannah and Mona became friends and worked at making themselves look better so they could be popular and all that.

I think Jenna was one of those dorky girls Mona used to hang out with, but I'd actually have to go back and check the first book.

Probably, they've been around since 2006 or so... my boyfriend's sister tried for a year to get me to read the first book, but I kept blowing it off. Finally, I sat and read it and I'm glad I did.

Yeah, that part was not in either of the first two books, so I'm wondering what they're doing with it.

Throughout the books (at least the first two I read) you are left wondering who A could be... almost everyone at some point seems guilty. You are also left wondering who the hell the killer could be. And, also, if they're the same person....

It reminds me of the second half of the first season of Veronica Mars... where in each episode Veronica suspected a different person each time of being the killer.

I started watching it because I used to watch Nina Dobrev on Degrassi. (And Ian Somerhalder on Lost, of course. Love him!)

I tried so hard to get into that television series, but I found myself rooting for the "bad" vampire, so I lost interest.
I'm going to try reading the books, though... and hopefully the images of Nina Dobrev (Degrassi = <3) and Ian Somerholder (so freakin hot) will stick in my head while I read.

I'm kind of ashamed to admit that I started watching this show, and I'll probably keep watching it as long as the story stays interesting.  I like the mystery/creepy factor... The tapping of the blind girl's stick gives me chills. 

I'm completely ashamed to admit I watch most other sh*tty programming on ABC Family, like the Secret Life and Greek (although Secret Life is mostly for the WTF factor, it's so ridiculous).  Thank the sweet baby jesus for DVR, or else my BF would go blind from rolling his eyes so far back in his head.
