Dave & Busters is a blast - we go there every year (well, this year makes twice) for Fathers Day.  The only drawback I can think of is that once you eat, it's not very easy to stay together and spend time with the people you came with - walking around and playing with more than 2-3 people is just not really possible.  If that's okay with you, then go for it, because everyone would definitely have a good time!

I think if that's the atmosphere you want for your RD then do it.

I agree with PP.  If that is what you want then go for it.  Like pp said, though, it would be hard to visit with everyone.  I would discuss it with parents and or grandparents that may be attending first, as they may not be so crazy about the idea.

I will tell you, my RD was in a private room at a restaurant and it was FAR from stuffy.  We had an open bar and it was a good time for all.
