My sister forwarded my an e-mail yesterday from my vidoegrapher,which was in her junk mail. She basically received this from him after she called him because he wasn't giving me my money back. While on the phone, he hung up on her because he didn't like that she wasn't feeling bad for his mistake which happened to 5 other people. My sister sent him a follow up e-mail to remind him that he has until such and such date to give me my money back, or we will file a claim in small claims court. This was his response;
