My ex just sent me this photo of our daughter and her sister (ex's stepdaughter) in the costumes I made for them.  Daughter is the devil and her sister is the angel (they fought over who would be whom):

    And betrothed, I'm disgusted with most of the comments that you have posted. I don't think I've ever read such judgmental comments in my life. I'm so lucky that the girls I speak to on theknot are nothing like you...I would've never come on here for ADVICE if I would've encountered a big a bitch as you. I genuinely feel awful for your children or your future children, and I think it would be irresponsible of YOU not to invest in their future therapy sessions starting now. Because trust me when I tell you honey, they're gonna need it. ~jcaruncho2010

    Thanks!   I should clarify - I didn't really "make" them from scratch.   I bought women's tunic tops from St. Vinnie's and stitched on a couple of feather boas at the hem, neck, and sleeves.  I bought the headwear.

    Aww! That's awesome. I wish I had a picture of the costume my aunt made me when I was in like 4th grade. It was the best thing ever.

    Those are so cute!  Way to go. 

    My mom made me a squirrel costume when I was in 1st or 2nd grade, and it wasn't nearly as cool as those costumes.
