As a non-mom I wanted to express how important your jobs are and how much I respect all of it.
I just spent 3 hours with a very sick 1.5 year old (mom had to take the older kid to a preschool orientation) and all she did was cry, cry and more cry. And when she wasn't crying she was tripping and falling and making her cry more. I've babysat a variety of ages for varying lengths of time, but I've never had a sick kid and holy smokes is it a different ball game.
So to those of you with kids (especially the new mommies), hats off to you. Seriously.
Edit: My mom gets home today after 8 days in Toronto for her sister's wedding and I'm going to hug the crap out of her and tell her I have no clue how she handled 3 kids under 4 y/o.
