For the first time in about 4 months.....

I went outside and exercised!!

It was quick, only about 20 minutes, but I am so proud of myself.

I wish I was this motivated everyday!

  • My FI wants me to try inline skating but I am so scared that I will be horrible at it and break something...I have heard that it is an awesome workout though...
  • I have to loose some weight.  I'm not "obese" but I am overweight for my height!  I am at about a 26.5 BMI and need to loose about 10-15 pounds to be "healthy!"  I hate being so short...

    Well good luck! Whenever I hear about everyones awesome workouts it motivates me to want to push myself harder. Ive been a bit of a slacker lately.

    I have another 30lbs to lose. I see a personal trainer twice a week and try to work out an extra two nights a week, but my motivation is lacking sometimes :(
  • Got a year to lose some weight and get in shape. Today I did my Week 1 Day 1 push up and sit up challenge. Tomorrow I do Week 1 Day 1 squats! About to take the dog for a walk, and I'm eating healthier.  I feel better already! It's kind of sad that it takes my own selfish desires to look a certain way for one day, rather than just the benefit of my health every day.
