Christmas/Holiday List

H just asked me for my Christmas list.  He wants it before we go to BIL & SIL's for Thanksgiving so he can do a ton of shopping on Black Friday.  I haven't even thought about a Christmas list yet and the only thing I can think of is that my Marc Jacobs Daisy perfume is almost out and I would like a new bottle.  I really can't think of anything else.  I really like getting things for him and seeing him open them ha ha.

Does you H/FI/SO ask for a list?  What's on your list this year?

No we don't do lists.  I haven't even thought about Christmas though, it makes me sick  to even try thinking about it now with all this wedding garbage!

The only people I make a list for are my parents. H just kinda knows me and what I will like, and I show him my parent list so he won't get me that stuff. Everyone else just gets me whatever.

This year, I want some makeup and video games and workout clothes. Nothing big or major since I basically had super ultra mega Christmas in July when I got married.

Yes he just asked me last week. I've got nothing I tell you. I've been concentrating on my SS person, and DH is hard to buy for.

I know because I helped him organize his reciepts the other day that he bought spa services while they were having a half off sale.
And I asked him for a new dress coat and leather coat while Nordstroms is having their half yearly sale.

I like it when he surprises me.

I think we are gifting each other our wedding and honeymoon this year. LOL Usually we just give each other ideas, not really lists. I like being surprised.

We are going on a honeymoon. That's it. Usually he doesn't ask me, he just comes up with something. He hates getting gifts, so the last few Christmases he has only gotten me a gift in retaliation. My gifts to him have paled in comparison, though. He doesn't do holidays, and that's fine with me. He spoils me every day of the year.

And I'm with Zippity, he paid for anything I wanted for our wedding. So I feel like sh!it asking for anything, but he makes me.

ha yeah we've never really done lists, but for whatever reason he wants a list this year.  I guess so he can feel prepared when he goes shopping with his brother?  Who knows.

The perfume's all I got so oh well. lol

HA!  FI bought me a Christmas present last year but it was the first time he'd bought me a xmas/bday gift in like 3 years.  He is terrible at buying gifts. I usually choose and buy gifts for his family, too, or he'd never get them anything either.  >.<

My H doesn't ask for a list, but I've been known to drop not-to-subtle hints for months prior.  This year's list of things that he knows i would be delighted to receive:

a Kindle

a jade tree

world peace

a baby

christmas yard decor

Anna I will forgo my Christmas gifts if it means you can have a baby. The same goes for katie and Jen.

I usually tell H what I want. Otherwise there's no telling what I'll end up with. Or, I'll give him a few things and tell him to choose, but not tell me which one he's getting. The past couple years we've done joint gifts though, so it hasn't been a problem.

I've been asking him for weeks what he wants and he keeps coming up with things I can't buy because they cost a million dollars.

Nah, we don't ask for a list, but there's usually one thing that the other wants. Or I just guess. Like, I bought him an ipod once.

This year, I want to buy really small gifts so we can go buy each other some of our place settings off our registry.

I also really want Beauty and the Beast and How to Train Your Dragon on Blu-Ray.

The last couple years we were moving and paying for the wedding so we just did stockings with a $50 limit. I typically have to drop pretty heavy hints to DH for gifts, although one year he surprised me with a diamond necklace.

This year for birthday/Christmas I am getting LASIK so I don't expect any gifts for anything else for at least a year. I am so PUMPED to get my eyes fixed!
