Snarky Brides

Good morning?

Did everyone enjoy their extra hour of sleep? What are your plans for the day? I'm working.

Re: Good morning?

• Good morning, Tide. How's Taryn? Good morning, Ladies.
We're off to my daughter's cheer competition in Denver today. Not really about cheerleading anymore - it's dance and stunting. Should be fun, but a long day of waiting for all the club squads to perform.

• have fun, Les! I guess DH and I will have many kids events to travel to here in the near future ;)

Taryn's doing well. She's been kind of silly the last week. She has started head-butting people and biting. Fun times.

• Morning ladies! I didn't get an extra hour of sleep, because my biorhythms are hard to fool. So here I am. :)

FI and I are probably going to head out to this corn maze that's about an hour away and is still open for the next two weekends. Yesterday we went to our first ever steampunk convention, and it was kind of amazing. I'm really tired, though, and I can't imagine having another big day today.

• She's so cute. It's fun to watch them learn every little thing, and see the light bulb come on when they figure something out.

Yes, you will be very busy with all their activities. We've done sports, band, orchestra, cheer, choir, girl scouts, youth group, etc. It's been great, though. It was a lot of work to get the girls around to their events sometimes, but I wouldn't have missed a minute of it.

• Sarah - I hate corn mazes with a passion. They're not fun. I can never find my way through and end up just walking through the corn walls to get out, after hours of being lost.

• I must confess I have never even seen a corn maze. I would probably do the same thing, Tide. I'm geographically challenged, and would definitely get lost.

Have a great Sunday, everyone!

• I've never been to one before, so I have no idea whether I'll do well at it or not. I'm looking forward to spending the day outside, though. :)

• Morning. I was hoping to sleep in later. I'm still exhausted.

I love corn mazes. H and I went to one last weekend for the last weekend they were open. Have fun, Sarah.

H is at work today so I'm relaxing by myself. I don't think I'll do very much at all today.

And betrothed, I'm disgusted with most of the comments that you have posted. I don't think I've ever read such judgmental comments in my life. I'm so lucky that the girls I speak to on theknot are nothing like you...I would've never come on here for ADVICE if I would've encountered a big a bitch as you. I genuinely feel awful for your children or your future children, and I think it would be irresponsible of YOU not to invest in their future therapy sessions starting now. Because trust me when I tell you honey, they're gonna need it. ~jcaruncho2010

• Hi guys! Have fun at the cheer competition, Les.

I really wanted to take Ben to a corn maze this year, but we just never got a chance.

I'm here. Not sure what we'll do today. I need to get some studying done and do one more load of laundry. I'm pretty sure a trip to the grocery store is in our future. Exciting. I know.
• Good Morning Ladies!

I just finished my married bio! Now I have to figure out how to get it into my siggy...I am loving daylight savings...got up extra early (except not really)...
• OMG Mags, you're so close! Do you have a designated knottie to tell us when you go to the hospital, so that we can send appropriate knottie vibes? Are you normally a cleaner, or is this nesting? DH was very disappointed that I never got the nesting instinct.

• Wow Mags, you are SO close. That is awesome!
• And I just literally quoted Tide. How sad. Sigh.
• I'm great, actually! Just this week, I started getting weird cravings, but that's about it. Last time around, I had a little morning sickness 1st tri, horrible heartburn, and exhaustion, but I haven't had any of that, yet. The babies have been very good to me, this time around. DH laughs and says that's because it'll be 2x harder later on. He's probably right. We have our next sono on Weds. Fingers crossed that all is well.

• I love that I woke up after a night of drinking at *9:30 and feel fine. Lastnight was pure awesomeness - we ate nachos and watched bill and teds excellent adventure and it was so good drunk. I probably wouldnt have had so much fun if I was sober.

Now we get to do errands all day :( not as fun.
• Mmmmmn. Nachos...

[QUOTE]Morning! I'm always amazed at the cheering competitions, they are more gymnastics than anything else it seems! I was up at 4 (adjusted) so I just started cleaning. H gets really pissy if I use chemicals so I just scoured my kitchen and bathroom with vinegar. It all looks really clean, but there's something about the smell of bleach that makes me FEEL like it's clean. We have to go drop off H's old car at his mother's house, and then I want to make pumpkin pie pudding and sit on my ass for the remainder of the day. My bf had her baby this AM, and I'd like to follow suit :)

Mmm, bleachy clean. I am the same way.

I'm like Sarah and didn't adjust to the hour extra, even though my sleep is always messed up. I woke up so many times last night. I think my body was confused.

Today we are going to see Red with MIL for her birthday. Then I have to come home and do a bunch of work.

• Morning ladies! I can't believe how fast your 38 weeks have gone by Mags! How exciting!

I've still got this cold, although now I'm worried I also may have a bit of an ear infection. I'll be chilling all day and reading The Tattoo Chronicles.

Oddly, that REALLY makes me want to go to 7/11 for a slushie and bad tachitos.
• Good Morning ladies.

DH and I took my son and his GF to the mall and walked around for quite awhile. Then we went across the street to Stir Crazy for dinner. Then headed home. We watched the Grudge. And went to bed, I do love the extra hour sleep.

• I jealous of those of you who got to sleep an extra hour. daylight savings just means I'm up an hour earlier than i want to be.
• Stupid internal clocks. ;)

• Box kitty decided she just needed to to cuddle under the blankets at 3 am. Then she decided she needed to lick my feet and bite my fingers. THEN she fell off the bed, and proceeded to claw at the outlet and knock things off my dresser. I think she was making it her personal mission to prevent me from sleeping.

• Good Morning!

I completely forgot about daylight savings time so it was pretty weird when I woke up this morning and looked around at the different clocks we have. And because i can't really function before having coffee, I couldn't even understand what was going on.

Then I made coffee only to find that we have no milk or creamer. So I uh, put some baileys in it. So yeah, I'm drinking alcohol at 10am.

• Morning everyone. I'm sleepy and will probably take a nap, an hour after getting up.

H is already at a friend's house smoking some ribs for tonight. Well, his friend is smoking them, H is learning how. He just refurbished an old bullet smoker our landlord gave us and has no clue how to use it.

We might drive by a few houses later today and check out the areas, see where we want to live when we decide to move. I've decided that I hate home shopping, it sucks seeing all these awesome homes we can't afford.
• House hunting was enjoyable for the first car ride, then we got to the first house and it went downhill for the next year, only to be good again when we found and bought this house.

Mmmmm horrible nachos...that would be so good.

Today is bulb planting and errand running. Weeeee.
• Oh, yeah. I forgot my plans. Running shortly, then having lunch with/showing FILs the venue, and hopefully making it home in time for the Packer game.

• Morning all. I'm going to give my bestie a ride back to her school today, just for something to do. Other than that, I'm still on moping mode.
