I did a nasal lavage on the doctor's bidding.  It was weird, icky, and smelled funny.  However, my nose feels less cloggy.

The doctor said she doesn't like the neti pot.  She said it lacks vigor.  My doctor is pretty adorable.  So she had me get one you squeeze.

YES. That is like the super neti-pot. I got crazy sick about a month ago and it was originally caused by congestion/allergies. The super Neti-pot will set you straight. Hope you start feeling better soon!

I love that stage. You should definitely milk it. I had tonsillitis when I was sick and had FI fetching shakes at least once a day. It was wonderous. Rest well at least! Good night!

It made my sinuses feel a lot better about ten minutes later, OOT.  My doctor recommended NeilMed brand.  It comes with a round bottle with a black top with a hole in it.  It also comes with saline packets.  Mine was about 12 bucks for the set.  I'd try Walgreens or CVS.  Although, I will say you should persevere.  The actual process sucks and made my eyes water like mad.
