Whoever invented automatic flush toilets deserves a punch in the throat

My office has these toilets.  EVERY TIME I go to the bathroom they flush on me while I'm still sitting.  To top it all off, there is insanely high water pressure that spews out toilet water on my legs.  Ewwwwww.

Lucky.  Ours get trashed by undergrads and the custodian apparently makes her own hours and does not feel the need to clean them every day.

The foot pedals make so much more sense to me.

I mean, the automatic toilets are to ensure that the toilet get's flushed after each use, but it's pointless to have when they go off early or not at all.

I hate those things! They flush when you enter the stall, they flush when you sit down, and they DON'T flush when you need a flush! Then you have to bother with pressing that tiny button with your finger (since your foot won't do the trick) and who knows how germy that is??
