I should really stay home today, but I have so much work to do.... anyone wanna recommend me some good medicine that won't knock me out? I think I just have a normal winter cold- stuffy nose, completely gunked up ears/nose/throat and a little cough.

It's sitting in our garage right now, and I'm hoping to set it up tonight after work. I'm so excited!
