I know, I know, I shouldn't get medical advice here but I can't exactly call a Dr. and I'm not going to urgent care when I already have meds.
So I have the laryngitis and still can't talk but the past 2 night my cough has gotten so much worse and I can't do anything (not even move in bed) without going into a horrible dry coughing fit where I cant breathe and cant stop. It's very dry and sometimes even just breathing triggers a fit.
T's aunt came over and said it sounds like pertussis (whooping cough) I didn't ask her much (I cant) but when we see her for dinner I'm going to ask more. Like can I have laryngitis and pertussis?
Anyways, tell me what you know about whooping cough?
