I need your suggestions. I *know* I can't spot reduce...I get it. But I am down to the last bits of really noticeable fat and my lats are killing me. I can handle the bits on my belly, hips, inner thigh and arm giggle but my lats are so weak and under developed and the fat on them is grossing me out.
So give me either your best exercises OR slap me hard and remind me that I can't spot reduce so there isn't really a point in focusing on that muscle group and I just need to pony up and lose the last 10lbs.
