I had a baked potato with olive oil and an entire clove of garlic. It was tasty, but now my breath will ward off vampires for days.

I've now had that song in my head, and made it my status update on fb.

For dinner I made flank steak with an avocado salsa (basically guacamole but not mashed up) and salad. And a great spanish wine to go with it. AND I found a great non-dairy ice cream sandwich made with coconut milk that is also 100 calories!

Do you have a recipe for your seasoning/marinade for the steak? I just bought flank steak today am and thinking about what kind of marinade to use.

It's not as good in the micro but its doable. We're actually having a BYOP (bring your own potato) at workon wed. We're all going to bring various, yummy toppings. I cant wait!

Egg salad sounds amazing, I've been craving it actually.
