Hey fellow brides! I am doing a renaissance festival wedding and the theme is fairies for the girls and kilts for the guys and my colors are purple and black. My sister who is my MOH found these awesome shoes that tie up to the ankle and you can change the ribbon color and the base is clear. They are perfect for the look I want but some of my bridesmaids are not liking the idea of wearing the heels which are 5 inches tall. I don't want to be a bossy bride but I'm worried this is something they will fight me on. I wouldbe fine with them changing into flats after the ceremony for the reception. I just want the look for the ceremony and the pics. Anyone have any advice?
