So Yoda is Renee, everyone hates dog posts, and our inspection went really well today (everything that needs to be fixed is on the seller! HAH!).
My dog is afraid of noise and she has currently taken over the couch. I am between fits of laughter and soothing her spirit.

This is the world's worst bathroom. I can't wait to rip it apart.
Anywho, like I said, the inspection went well. The house needs to be treated for termites again (there was evidence of prior treatment and if the seller doesn't have the paperwork, he has to retreat the entire house); and there are minor issues that have to be addressed (electrical-wise).
All we have to do is move in and buy appliances. August 11th cannot come soon enough.
