Favorite/Least favorite thing about your guy

So yeah, what it is??
This came to mind because he just did something that drives me bonkers. We're sitting on the couch, he's watching the Caps game and I'm doing this. He turns the TV up, walks into the kitchen, and starts talking to me. I CAN'T EFFING HEAR YOU DUMMY!!! Sorry, it drives me crazy. Why couldn't he say whatever it was while he was sitting right next to me??

This reminds me of a random Ben story. We were riding down the road today and he asked me where the safest place in our house would be if we had an earthquake. I told him that we could go under the stairs, but that we didn't really need to worry about it because we aren't on a fault line. He said "what's a fart line and what does that have to do with earthquakes?".

Scott is a big sweetie sweetheart.  I walked up to him crying last night about a stupid wedding thing and even though it is kind of his fault (the thing I was upset about) he was all cutesy and made me feel better instead of getting defensive like a lot of people (myself included) would have.  He's a snuggler.

Least favorite is he is ALWAYS FUCKING MUMBLING.  Stop mumbling, Scott.

My favorite thing is how he can make me laugh or smile even if I'm crying. He always knows how to cheer me up.

Least favorite is that he always says things real quickly or quietly and I'll say "I'm sorry, what?" And he'll go "Never mind, you weren't even listening." What??? I was listening I just couldn't hear you!!

I have lots of favorites. He's funny, gets my humor, makes me feel safe, is incredibly smart, driven, He likes movies, loves Sir Whisky, eats pretty much anything I cook for him.

Least favorites? He's hard of hearing (part selective, part genuine hearing loss) so I constantly have to repeat myself. He's messy, but so am I. And he's always late.

FI pumps my gas for me (that's not code for anything, I hate pumping my own gas more than anything).  He also does dishes!

He's a mumbler too and a burper/spitter.  The burping he can't control but still can be gross.

Favorite thing: He's my best friend and a partner in crime. Not real crime, but if there was a crime involved, he'd help me hide the body....


Least Favorite thing: He's a creature of habit. No one can disturb his precious schedule. I'm much more of a flexible person and it's frustrating that he isn't.


But I love him anyway.

My husband is always nice to my cats, even though he likes dogs better. He's not like any person I've ever met and it is fascinating to me: even though I have a good predictive model for his behavior, I am completely clueless about the underlying mechanism.

My least favorite things: he can be uber-sensitive, and sometimes takes the mildest criticisms or suggestions as personal attacks; he leaves bottle caps on the counter when he opens a beer instead of putting them in the trash can which is RIGHT THERE.

Almost everything you guys are saying (mumbling etc) is describing my guy. I guess most guys flaws are the same. But the mumbling drives me nuts so when he is trying to say something and he is mumbling I just yell "mumble mumble what!?!" and that annoys him so I guess I get him back.

My dogs have both turned against me. I didn't mind the younger one doing that, because he needed all the attention anyone would give him. My older one on the other hand warmed up to him to the point that he now sleeps on FIs side of the bed instead of cuddling with me. FI thinks it's hilarious, but it really did hurt my feelings.

That's my personality though.  I don't filter what I want to post and I can't say I will change that.  I've seen worse posted and to be honest, I feel like adding TMI should be enough since that provides people who don't want to see what I have to say proper warning to skip it.
