Booping is completely allowed!  She loves it and will giggle.  :-)

The pigtails are a necessity since she has DH's hair and it grows straight forward and hangs in her eyes.  They're super cute, though!  I'm just glad she finally has hair, lol.

Thank, guys!  She had a party at DH's fam in March and we're going to my fam next weekend to have another party.  Lucky kid!

Awww I love the sticky-uppy pigtails! Whenever I put pigtail in my niece's hair, they were always these stubby little curlicues.

That's so cute!  I wish Emma's hair curled a little bit, but it's pin straight so far.

Gtg, she's up!  It sucks that she's a short napper.  :(  But at least she sleeps well at night.

That she is, B!  We switched to cloth a few months ago since she only pees in her dipes. 

Weren't we just pregnant yesterday?  Julia is so big!  Do you have any big plans for her 1st bday?

I have no idea! Katiewhompus is 28 weeks and Sarahplz is 22 weeks! Time has flown by. I am feeling pretty good. I have nerve issues in my legs so I can't stand or be on my feet for more than 10-15 minutes, but other than that all is good! He is measuring a week ahead in the 76th percentile with no problems. Now, if we can just get the nursery done. :)

I'm friends with KW and Sarah on FB, but I don't think that you and I are.

That sucks about the nerve issues, but good that everything else is going well!  I had developed bad sciatica the last week before I delivered and I was pretty miserable. 

As for the nursery, my suggestion is to get it done soon!  I'm so glad I had started putting my hospital bag together because she decided to make her appearance early. 

Enjoy every last second, even though it's sometimes hard to.  You'll never have him all to yourself ever again.  :)

That sounds really nice.  I wish our family was centrally located so we could have done that.  Instead we're driving so much just so that our parents can celebrate with her.  Next year, once we have a house, we're doing one party here! 

I bought one of those print out kits from Etsy and I love it!  It lets me be crafty but not creative, haha, and it'll look great.  Hope you guys have a great time!

Probably not any time soon. We have SO much going on, I've taken on a lot of extra duties at work. And our dog is going down hill really fast, trying to work up the nerve to tell DH it's time to let her go. And we have the reno going on, with DH traveling so much, we dont leave the dog home for long periods of time.

Jen- is still coming to town in June and we can meet up then. Also I believe Rach is coming in the last week, we had talked about meeting up. I'll FB you!

Emma's getting so big! How's the job going?

Wow, that does sound like a lot!  I'll have to look through my mail to find out when in June (unless you want to remind me!) since I didn't write it down. 

The job is great!  This is the last week of classes and finals are next week.  I feel pretty good about how it went.  I wasn't great, but I didn't suck, either, haha.  They've asked me to teach this summer and in the fall, so I guess they like me. 

Emma is so amazing - she's getting really good at standing independently!  I'm not sure how long it will be before she starts walking, but she's made so much progress with standing in a week, who knows.  I hope you'll get to see her in person in June!
