So after my baking f-up yesterday, my FI did a major one today, and I was sitting watching, so feel like I did it too.
Our Sony TV, 3 years old, needed it's bulb replaced. After much hassle trying to even find one (Sony doesn't make them anymore, as the TV is too old) we found someone online who could post one to us. It cost $200.
It arrived today, yay! And while my FI was installing it, he broke it! $200 down.the.drain.
The end of the new bulb was brittle plastic, not metal like the original one, and I know he would have been careful, but just tightened it in too hard.
I have emailed the company, maybe see if we can get a discount on another bulb. They say on their website "It is very easy to install, no special tool or technician needed!"
I feel very annoyed now. Do you ever feel like bad things keep happening?
