The original report said that clerks in the Bexar County Courthouse (where San Antonio is) filed and sealed the documents.  The second report was from the person who handles sealed documents and she said nothing with those names had crossed her desk.

I was going to say, I have a hard time telling whether people who say "ZOMG what? I thought they were going to last forever" are being serious or facetious. Which is more of a statement on the seriousness of celebrity marriages. I guess I'm more surprised when people are actually shocked at a breakup like this.

I just don't care about them. I find it kind of amusing though that they feel the need to make public statements every time a celebrity couple is breaking up.

Sarah, I was bummed when Jennifer Garner broke up with Michael Vartan, because they were my favorite on-screen couple at the time too. Also, Vartan was on my back-up list for sure. ;)
