Anyway, do you guys have HyVee grocery stores? Ours here do a "gluten free gala" every month where they let you sample products from the theme (this month's theme is breakfast, last month's was appetizers, etc) for free and have an RD there with tips and info and such. It's free, and ours are Saturday mornings, so they're actually convenient for me. I think it's awesome. You guys are probably past that point in your GF-ness anyway, but I figured I'd pass it along in case you guys or someone else might benefit!
