I am finally moved into my new apartment (and by new I mean tiny, old and outdated) but it's all mine and I can't express how pumped I am.
My question is how have you established boundaries/changed your relationship with your family as you got older?
I'm struggling with this as I feel very close to my family and tend to share/talk with my family a lot and about most things. Recently I'm realizing how different I am from my siblings and don't get along with them well and how extremely pessimistic and overwhelming my mother is.
What specific things did you do to change your relationship to a more "adult" relationship for lack of a better word?
