I was having a rather boring day at work today and then I got an email reminder about a "Wellness Fair" that HR is putting on today. (I work at a graduate school university that only has programs for doctors, podiatrists, dental, pharm, etc...anything medical related). So I went, and just had a nice leisurely hour of eating frozen yogurt and talking to local gyms about personal training costs and whatnot. Thank goodness for HR putting on random events all the time here!
